"Just go, Anirudh, and don't ever show your face again" I whispered. I turned away, intending to leave him standing there, but I felt him grip my arm, spinning me around. "I'm leaving for now," he said, his voice low and dangerous, "but I can't make that other promise." "What do you mean?" "I will marry you, Ruhi Shekhawat," he declared, his eyes gleaming with a possessive intensity. "No one can stop me. You've seen the loving side of me, but now you'll witness a side of me you won't soon forget. A side that will go to any extent to have you. A side that will stop at nothing when it's about you" He leaned in and pressed his lips against mine.
